Personal Identification Number (PIN)
When you make the first certification contact, the system will ask you to establish a Personal Identification Number (PIN). This is a four digit number you decide on and will be asked for each time you mnake a certification contact. Remember it and guard it as you would any secret information.
Certification Days
If the last digit of your Social Secutiry number is an even number 0, 2, 4, 6, 8 your certification day is Sunday
If the last digit of your Social Secutiry number is an odd number 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 your certification day is Monday
If you miss your day to call you may call Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.
